Marina's Mozza-Not-Just-A-Dip Recipe

Marina's Mozza-just-a-dip. Great to serve with veggies, pita chips and more!

This recipe was shared to Marina many years ago by a dear friend.

"I have learned that this dip is not only a tasty appetizer, using the leftovers adds flavour to many dishes." -Marina
Here is the ever-so-popular Mozza-just-a-dip Recipe:

  • 1 cup light sour cream (do not use 'no-fat')
  • 2 cups Hellman's mayo
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (more if you want it to be thicker)
  • 2 Tbs garlic power (more if you want garlic breath, ha ha)
  • Dash of grated parmesan cheese
Mix ingredients together and let sit in fridge for 2 hours.  Top with chopped parsley and serve!

Got leftovers? We were lucky enough that Marina shared some tips to add this mixture to!
  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • Twice-Baked Potatoes
  • Pasta Sauce
