"I have learned that this dip is not only a tasty appetizer, using the leftovers adds flavour to many dishes." -MarinaHere is the ever-so-popular Mozza-just-a-dip Recipe:
- 1 cup light sour cream (do not use 'no-fat')
- 2 cups Hellman's mayo
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (more if you want it to be thicker)
- 2 Tbs garlic power (more if you want garlic breath, ha ha)
- Dash of grated parmesan cheese
Mix ingredients together and let sit in fridge for 2 hours. Top with chopped parsley and serve!
